We offer a generous time-off package that encourages staff to take time for self-care and spend time with family and loved ones.

Vacation

3 weeks in year one and 4 weeks thereafter

Personal Days

3 days for unrestricted personal use and 7 days for reasons defined by our policy (e.g. bereavement, moving, family obligations, etc.)

End of Year Closure

All of our offices are closed between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day

Holidays

10-15 national holidays per year, depending on your location
