Narwan Seraj is a grants manager on the Future of Work(ers) team, where she manages the flow of grant-related transactions for the foundation.

Prior to joining Ford, Narwan served as grants operations analyst at BlackRock on their Social Impact program, focusing on helping people build financial security and participate in an inclusive transition to a low-carbon future. Before that, she worked for the American Jewish World Service as a grants management associate responsible for steering international grants, providing support to program teams and grantees, conducting due diligence and compliance reviews, and facilitating redesign efforts aimed at improving and streamlining the organization’s grantmaking.

Narwam is a graduate of the City College of New York and the Colin L. Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership with a focus on international studies and Jewish studies.
