Kate Dildy is the program associate on the Technology and Society team, supporting research, learning and evaluation, and programmatic management.

Previously, she worked at the National Domestic Workers Alliance, where she managed projects building the capacity of research, knowledge management, and digital organizing. Earlier in her career, she co-designed the first integrated engineering ethics curriculum at Penn Engineering and managed field fundraising teams for Philadelphia’s NPR and PBS affiliate.

Kate has project managed and contributed to research on the global gig economy, bioethics and law, youth employment policies, and violence against immigrants. Her research has been covered in numerous national publications and cited in support of local and national legislation.

Kate holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philosophy with minors in Religion, Statistics, and Data Science.
