Jennifer Salazar Ramirez is the executive and program assistant for the Andean Region office. She supports grantmaking and portfolio analysis of the regional directors’ discretionary grants and other programs in the office, and she also works with regional directors and the communications team. She joined the foundation in April 2021 as an administrative assistant, working directly with the operations director and helping streamline other areas of the office. 

Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in communications from UCSAR University in Caracas and is studying organizational communications at Pontificia Javeriana University in Bogotá.
