Nathalie Perez is a program assistant on the BUILD Team. She provides administrative and operational support for the foundation’s grantmaking and grant oversight processes.

Prior to joining Ford, Nathalie worked at Open Society Foundations as a program administrative assistant for the Grant Making Support Group. Before that, Nathalie served as a human resources intern at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, where she also discovered her passion for social justice work. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Hunter College, CUNY.
