Rosaury is a program assistant with the BUILD team in New York. She provides administrative and operational support for the foundation’s grantmaking and grant oversight processes.

Rosaury joined the foundation in 2023 after working for Safe Horizon, a New York City nonprofit that provides advocacy and support to survivors of abuse. Before this, she was an elementary school English teacher in South Korea. She was also an intern for Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow, a Brooklyn nonprofit that provides immigration help and assistance.

Rosaury holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies with a minor in women’s studies from the City College of New York.
